pp. 82-85
Abstract
This paper distils the experience from seven years of knowledge management at sd&m, a German software company with more than 900 employees. For sd&m, knowledge management is a strategic investment with the goal to acquire the right knowledge, to make it accessible to all employees, and to increase their proficiency. Effective knowledge management depends on the right combination of the key elements: substance, people, and tools.
