Wolfgang Zuser Thomas Grechenig

pp. 91-95

Abstract

Software process improvement and software team improvement are tightly bound to high quality feedback, which provides valuable information about the status quo and gives hints where improvement activities should take place. Anyhow in many software engineering teams personal feedback is not applied frequently enough. This paper discusses proper ways of giving feedback in typical situations occurring in software development projects.
