Intellectual property, ideology and culture in higher education

Abstract
Plagiarism is international, it can be found everywhere in the world. It is opposed by the idea and the law of intellectual property, in the Western as well as in the Eastern world. In Higher Education the ideas of proper and honest work are related to this concept, however with a different intensity in Asian countries.
