Clinical mindfulness, meta-perspective, and true nature

Dheeresh Turnbull

pp. 136-147

Abstract

I would be reluctant to say anything at all about the relation between mindfulness and therapy if I had not had some varied experience on the receiving end of both as student and client/patient, in addition to working as a cognitive-behavioural therapist and leading eight-week mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) groups.
