Creating a culture of knowledge sharing in law firms
pp. 386-391
Abstract
Creating and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing is, in practice, one of the most difficult tasks when introducing a Knowledge Management system into a law firm. Many obstacles stand in the way of a successful Knowledge Management. Most of the problems described below can only be overcome by strong support and role-modelling of senior management as well as by repeatedly stressing and demonstrating the long-term benefits of Knowledge Management.
